Research And Analysis On Regulatory System Of LNG, CNG And Oil Transportation Process

The thesis introduced the research background, research meaning, present process of research and application and the current problems of LNG, CNG and the transportation of refined oil product. It also determined the contents and main requirements of the research, in order to establish an information management system, which manages all the members through all the aspects and process as well as functions with high accuracy and efficiency, and to achieve the formation of close-loop management, instant uploading, instant examination and approval, SCADA remote supervisory system and effective control. Following the principle of software engineering and object-oriented method, the thesis showed the business, function and data requirements of information system. Based on the analysis of organizational structure and participant role, the thesis divided information system into several modules, including gas filling management, gas transportation management, gas unloading management, statistics management, remote operation health management, basic data management and system management to conduct the analysis of original and re-built business process. The thesis described every module’s business process with UML activity diagrams, use case diagrams and relevant use-case descriptions.In the function analysis part, with the analysis and description of examples, the thesis provided packet diagrams of the total function and sub-function, including packet diagrams of gas unloading. In the data analysis part, the thesis analyzed all the required data of information system, provided a class diagram depicting the entities and built the database table structure. In the last part, the thesis concluded all the research and analysis and brought up the prospect of the work in future.
