With the popularization of the Internet and the work efficiency requirements, more and more companies began to computer technology applied to the enterprise’s management, OA system and ERP have been used in the field of product. But this paper described the Task Scheduling Management System is to combine the actual needs of Metrological Quality Department of Scientific Research Institute of Liaoning Province, complete design and realization.After expounding the status and the key technology of the Task Scheduling Management System, this paper analyzed and designed this system based on the demand of this task scheduling management system. Adopts B/S structure, the application of ASP.NET technology, based on database SQL Server 2000, realized the task scheduling management function and file management function, the former including mission, issued by progress, comment, and arrange schedule and related tasks related to schedule remind etc, the later including function such as reminder, file upload files, documents and files modification for download etc. Finally, finished the system test.The design of this paper meets the system requirements of Quality Department, it significantly improved the Quality Department task scheduling management efficiency in actual work, but it still need further research in the interface design and database redundancy.
