Micro-blog is a new tool for online users to get and share information, as of June 2014,micro-blog user has reached 275 million in China. Micro-blog has become an important channel to get information, and an important way for marketing of tourism products and dissemination of tourism information for tourism-related department. How is tourism information disseminated and what are the dissemination rules on micro-blog, those problems are still blank fields in the study of tourism information dissemination. The study of tourism information dissemination’s structure and its spatio-temporal characteristics on micro-blog has importance of both theoretical and practical value for effective use of micro-blog to spread tourism information. This study adopts the methods of social network analysis ect., takes related tourism micro-blog of governments, enterprises and individuals as research objects, takes rewards events, food recommendations and travel tips on the micro-blog as examples, to study the structure of tourism information dissemination on network and its spatio-temporal characteristic, the main conclusions are as below:(1)The structure of toursim information dissemination on micro-blog shows dandelion shaped dynamic model and contains three sub-models, the three sub-models and correlate three-stage are:the first stage, touch and go model; the second stage, multipoint trigger model; the third stage, core transfer model.(2)The network of tourism information dissemination on micro-blog has core-peripheral structure, but it doesn’t have small-world effect. Core node in the network has the high point of center and middle degree at the same time, it’s not only the main center of centralization and diffusion but also the bridge of information dissemination, edge nodes don’t have information interact with each other in the process of information dissemination.(3) The characteristic of daily tourism information dissemination shows two types: upside-down N-shape and long-tail shape. Among them, the daily dissemination of tourism information of rewards events and food recommendation are upside-down N-shaped type, while the rewards events information shows obvious activity closing effect, whose spreading of information happens mainly during the activities; the daily dissemination of travel tips information show long-tail model, and has obvious long-tail effect.(4) Tourism information show two dissemination’s peak, that are morning and night, and the effective time of dissemination and the amount of information dissemination are different. The tourism information issued in the morning has longer effective dissemination time, about 5 hours; the tourism information issued in the night has shorter effective dissemination time, about 2 hours; the dissemination of information issued at night is more than the information dissemination,that is issued in the morning.(5) The geographical space of tourism information dissemination is consistent with the geographic spatial distribution of micro-blog users, the network structure of dissemination is consistent with Internet network structure, but the concentration areas of tourism information dissemination have ripple effect. In the network of tourism information dissemination on micro-blog, the three hub-city Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou are also important city of tourism information disseminationThe innovation of this paper:this is the first time to analyze the network structure characteristic and spatio-temporal characteristic of tourism information dissemination on micro-blog, put forward the dynamic dandelion model of tourism information dissemination on micro-blog, found tourism information dissemination has two peak-time, which are morning and night; distinguish the difference of effective dissemination time and found the ripple effect of tourism information dissemination.
