| The ~bricaIing process of pigment dispersed polyimide color film used in the color filter of liquid ciystal displays(LCDs) was designed and studiecL A series of orthogonal experiments were performed to explore the nitric acid oxidation technology of pigment carbon black applied in the black matrix and its dispersibility and stability were improved.The synthesis ,purification and pigmentation of a red pigment used in the color filter were studied and a good result was obtained. A polyamic acid, the polyimide precursor, was synthesized. By mixing the polyimide precursor solution ~th suitable portions of red, green, blue and black pigments in a solvent, then laminating them onto a glass subsflate, photolithing and curing the laminations, four kinds of color films with good performance were fabricated successfully. |
