The application system of spacecraft is a multi-subject, multi-level, multi- instrument, and multi-operating-programming complex system. There are great differences among the payloads of the system. There will be a great amount of data to be processed to determine the optimal operating schedule of payloads of spacecraft based on its running status. The operating schedule for the applied tasks of spacecraft is a multi-fact integrated and optimal problem. It is very inconvenience for analysis and dealing with the data which need a lot of disk space when the data was outputted step by step, due to more than half a year抯 spacecraft running. The orbit data of a spacecraft are the fundamental parameters. Orbit calculation becomes the basic task of research of operating programming of the payloads. In this paper, 4t1?order GME 1 OB earth model is used in the simulation program of orbital movement of spacecraft, 8~? order Runge-Kutta method is utilized to solve the differential equation of orbital motion. There are many mathematics models are established in the simulation program of orbital motion, such as the measure and control area, SAA, payloads work area, sun status and the sub-point of the spacecraft. The payloads operating program is scheduled by the characteristic point, which could save the disk space. The simulation program calculates the sub-point of spacecraft to make payloads operating schedule. The gravitation of the sun and the moon and the press of the sun light are ignored in the program. And the air drag is counteracted by the orbit height hold. The result of simulating is outputted in image files and characteristic data files. The simulation program takes the advantage of the concept of multi-thread to calculate in background and display on real time. Also, the Artificial Intelligence (Al) technique is introduced to resolve the problems in operating programming of the payloads of spacecraft.
