Mobile Communications Account Management System Design And Implementation

As the development of mobile communication techonology, the quentity of customer is more and more large. In order to provide the best service for all customers, it is needed that constructing the Mobile Telecommmunication Managment System (MTMS) including the Business Management System (BMS), the Accounts Management System (AMS) and the Central Customer Manager (CCM). The MTMS is designed and developed with Distributed Database Technology. The AMS that concerned by the customers is more important than others. The thesis is introduced at detail the design and development of the Accounts Management System .The AMS had been running steadily and reliably more than half year at Xindu. In the project, I mainly take charge of the system development scheme, the system detail design and the database design of the Accounts Management System, also I assume the programming of all procedures of the database. Therefor, the thesis emphisis on the design and the implement of the Accounts Management System. First, the thesis briefly introduces the relation between the AIVIS and the other system of the MTMS, the whole structure and the characteristic of the system. Second, it introduces the related theory of the distributed database system and software engineering used in the project. At last, it introduces the system development scheme and the implement methods of the project.
