Chromatographic Signal Acquisition Analysis And Design

This paper mainly studies the design theory and method of the chromatographia data collection and data processing. The paper expatiated the working and the flow of chromatographia data processor from the beginning of the data collection to the data processing carefully.Chromatographia analysis is a very important method of the analysis examination and its data processing becomes a hot point in the theory. This paper introduced the structure of GC machine firstly. Then, it studies about the system of AID conversion, data collection and signal transmission. Lastly, it introduced the method of signal processing of collected data.The system in this paper used a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with serial control. It used the singlechip, Atmel 89c2051, as the control system, which collects data, coding the data and transfers data to the computer. The reason of choosing AID converter was proved strictly.In the processing data, the paper provided a method that detects the wave crest by tracking slope of curve with the minimal limitation. After using digital filter, it separate the overlap of wave crest by using Kalman filter.
