| In this paper, it presented the necessity and significance of GIStechnology applied to real estate property management. With the use ofadvanced facing object program language VB 6.0 and OLE technology,the urban real estate property map management information system thatbased on MapInfo soft-ware and facing user was developed. With the useof Access 97 relational database and based on DAO and SQL, the urbanreal estate property house property right management information systemwas developed, and the two was integrated. Besides, the method of spacedata and attribute data collecting was given. At last, it introduced theimplementation, maintenance and evaluation. |
