In this dissertation, first, based on the aspects of the request to instrument in data domain test logic analyzer development and architecture are introduced. And the principle of virtual logic analyzer is discussed. Secondly, object-oriented programming and windows programming is introduced, the realization of wavedrawing and unassembling programming are elaborated. At last the dissertation deals with the debugging of the program and the system.Chapter one discusses the signal characteristic and detecting requirement of digital system, and introduces the application in data domain test and the development of logic analyzer as well as the system architecture. The principle of the 400MHz/i 02 channels virtual logic analyzer is also introduced in this chapter. Chapter two discusses the object-oriented programming method and the knowledge in windows programming which are applied in system software design of logic analyzer. Then it introduces the used programming softwareorland C++ Builder. Chapter three disccuses aspects of software design of logic analyzer including the system structure, the system function, the user-defined class, the programming of waveform analysis and displaying, and the programming of unassemble. It elaborates the application of multi_thread, the realization of the movement and the zoom of waveform, the realization of the detecting glitch and the unassemble for 803 86,8096,808018085,Z80. Chapter four intrduces the debug envirment and debug method of C++ Builder, then introduces system debugging and error correcting.
