Abstract/Summary:
The automatization technique of manufacture equipment for rubber belts is studied in this thesis. Based on the achievement of production machines about the manufacture technique for the rubber belts(especially the new type transmitting-belt). First, begin with a typical building machine for rubber belts, together with the application of new type electric control apparatus (such as Programmable Logic Controller, Frequency Inverter, Touching Screen Controller etc.), deep study has been down on the invariable cord tension control, the principal axis rotate speed control and the arranging cord screw-pitch control, discuss the control principle, method and actualization in each control loop. After analyzing the mathematical model carefully, mainly accomplish the closed-loop control of invariable cord tension control by using the fuzzy control of intelligent control method, including its design and actualization, also deeply study the high precise invariable tension fuzzy control method in this part; The closed-loop control of principal-axis rotate speed be established for a stability of its rotate speed; It also discuss the principle and actualization of arranging cord screw-pitch control. Moreover, the centralized monitor control system and the product line Total Distributed Control System have been discussed in this thesis, it introduces simply the foundation of network control structure of rubber belts product line. The research in this thesis will be a significance to improve the rubber belts products quality and automatization level about its manufacture machines and the development of Chinese rubber industry, and also a reference to the study of other mechatronics machines.
