This paper researched the difficulties and problems to measure the information value. First it described several calculate methods in different research way, such as Devoted-Output method, Statistic-Decision method, Value-Construction method and Fuzzy-evaluated method. Then making a comprehensive comparison and evaluation among these methods. It also provided a new way to evaluate the information value on the base of analysis the insufficient of the calculation methods before, Try to find a proper model equation by using exclusive method and some other relatively theories, such as Production function. To calculate the influence of other factions besides information, then on the contrary you can get the exactly value and influence of information. Finally contacted with the fact in railway transportation, we used this method to measure the information value and influence to the volume of goods transported and rotation volume of goods transport.
