| Safety storge of grain is an important task related to the national ecnomy and the people抯 livelihood. This paper presents a measuring system of temperature and moisture content for grain dryer. Comparing with the other sensors, the digital temperature sensor DS1621 and the insertion sensor for measuring moisture content of cereals are of easy use, high precision of measuring and so on. This Paper introduces the hardware structure and the design of software of the measuring system of temperature and moisture content for grain dryer. An exploration on the dispose of datum about moisture content is made. Delphi is a visual progrmming tool. Visualization makes the software easier to use and learn, hence, improving the work efficiency. Application results show that the intelligent mesuring system can real-time measure the temperature and the moisture content of grain in the grain dryer. |
