Remote Monitor is the product of the combine of the technology of modem measure and data collection and computer and network communications. It includes field measure and data collection system whose kernel is computer, and local Monitor system, and Remote Monitor system, and communication network. With the development of the technology of INTERNET, the Remote Monitor System based on INTERNET has been developed at very fast speed.The article introduces and describes Remote Monitor system for the motor of Electric Vehicle base on INTERNET. The main part of the article was partitioned as three chapters. The first chapter is exordium, it describes the concept and combine and specialty of Remote Monitor System, it also introduces some basic method to realize the system. In this part, the significance of the development of Remote Monitor system for the motor of Electric Vehicle base on INTERNET and the background of the design are described. The second chapter is Test and Simulation System of Electric Vehicle, First of all, The combine of the system and construct of software and hardware was introduced. Following then, it takes some space talking about data collection, and the application of load of direct current, and foundation of simulation model and the running of simulation. It also introduces the design of software. Of all the part above, data collection and foundation of simulation was discussed as emphasis. The part of data collection describes the specialty of signal parameter and realizing of software and hardware. The part of foundation of simulation analyzes the connection of running of Electric Vehicle and motor, the Simulation Model of Electric Vehicle is founded based on this. Some key point technology of software design such as COM and Active X are analyzed also. The third chapter is Remote Monitor Based on INTERNET, it describes the key point technology of network such as TCP/IP, and application model of network of C/S and B/S, and serial communications, and network SOCKET. A design of network structure based on the combine model of C/S and B/S are present in this chapter.
