Object-oriented Technology In The E-mail System

Thirty years is a long term to a person,but it is a very short moment to the telecome history. Just these 30 years, Email has became an important part of our living. However, the old email technology can only support very limited users, unsecurity, worst expansibility, unsupport distributd store mail messages and so on. The paper gives a good solution for a commercial Email system.This paper includes 5 chapters. The first chapter talks about the Email system concepts and several protocols. In the 2th chapter, I write about Oriented-Object thinking , and JAVA-a kind of 00 language, XML-a kind of data expression way and the combination of JAVA and XML, which is the best realization way in the internet. The 3rd charpter mainly talks about LDAP-a kind of Directory Access Protocol, it is a very better way to solute distributed messages store. The 4'1' charpter discribes serveral concepts, such as: charset,encoding. In the end of this charpter, I presents the best solution for the confused code-UTF-8.The last charpter,after analyzed the shortcoming of the old Email system, I designs and achieve the WEBMAIL part of a Email system by applying the serveral conceps mentioned above.
