The pressure-controlling system of elastic contains is a very important system in industry. This task is concerned with a kind of computer-controlling tourniquet, which is the application of pressure controlling system in medical field. On the base of studying this apparatus, we can have a deep grasp of controlling-model, related controlling ways and targets.With the application of the micro-electronics and high-tech in military apparatus, future tourniquet is the apparatus that has the characters of function maturity, security, delicacy and so on. This task is using the high-tech and new materials, developing a new apparatus that has these characters. The tourniquet being used to the soldiers of the military at large, will be convenient to the amputation in surgery operations and decrease the loss.During the development of this apparatus, we apply the microprocessor of PIC, choose a new type of sensor, MPX100, and design the hardware and software related to the system request and need of the military condition.In system, we apply the PID to adjust and compare the parameters of a few controlling models, and then we have the all-round comprehension of the pressure controlling in elastic contain systems. Dealing with the data, the Calmar algorithm have been used, which has improved the precision of data processing. On the base of the thermodynamics, we establish the system-controlling model, and verify its legitimacy in the development of processing.In a word, by means of studying, in microcosmically, we mastered the ensemble process of developing a new apparatus; on the other hand, we comprehended the entirety means of the pressure controlling in elastic chamber system macroscopically. It is also very helpful to go deep into the same controlling system.
