| In this paper, the fluid of coarse liquid zinc in Shaoguan Smeltery is investigated.During the course of rectifying zinc, the fluid of coarse liquid zinc put into Pb column from furnace works as a key technical parameter. Whether the fluid of coarse liquid zinc is steady or not is one of the most important factors that effect the life of distillation column and the output and quality of product Meanwhile, it also much affects the recovery rate of valuable metals. Nowadays, the automatic measure online to such a parameter hasn't been realized for its high temperature and causticity in the world.In this paper, a new soft sensor method-weighing method on the basis of understanding deeply rectifying craftwork is proposed, which resolves the problem that the flow of high temperature coarse liquid zinc has never been measured. This method looks upon weight as parameter to be measured and gets result from mathematics model between flow and weight based on orifice flow of hydrodynamics. First, water is used in experiment by weighting method to observe how the relative factors effect flow and to validate nonlinear relationship between flow and weight. Then, the flow model of coarse liquid zinc is built by means of multivariable linear regression using field data in the case of little variety of viscosity. The real-time monitor system of coarse liquid zinc is also designed and developed, and has been applied in the factory. The running result shows that this steady system can reflect actual producing condition and plays a beneficial role on operation.At the end, some research tasks in future are also discussed. |
