With the rapid development of the technology, Internet is becoming the most important part of the people, companies, and countries. Especially with the development and prevalence of Internet technologies, the modes of the traditional lives and works have been changed greatly. The web has been providing the infinite information for people. Providing the information and query, the Internet promotes the community advancement and the economy development. People always research into problems of information sharing and transplanting in environment of different computers, different Operating Systems, different databases and different networks. With the appearance of ASP and Clients/Server model, these problems are solved step by step. The paper adopt Network Software system based on technologies of ASP, VBScript, SQL Server and B/S after introducing the protocols of TCP/IP, model of Client/Server. And take technology of ODBC as tool to access and transplant network databases and technologies of ASP and JAVA as means to active application of Internet.With the application of this model, this paper introduced the design of the Nontraditional Machining website, the establishment of the database, the security of the website, etc. Having provided WWW service and FTP service, we realized the active function of accessing to network databases of the website. And with the special network programming characteristics of ASP, we realized the forum and query. The Nontraditional Machining Website provides the new technology and information about nontraditional machining for the career man and sets up the virtual society. And achieved the favorable results.
