Laser Micro Machining System Is Developed

Laser microprocessing is a new branch of laser processing technology. It has been widely used in the fields of fine mechanical system and micromachining.In this thesis, studies on the design of the laser microprocessing system is carried out, including its optical system, controlling system and PC monitor software. In addition, the realization and processing mode of the laser microprocessing system are also discussed.A new processing control mode of the laser microprocessing system is realized with the help of single chip computer, optical microscope and PC monitor software.The processing patterns can be mapped on the video image. The processing control information is then automatically generized from computer and the processing process is controlled by the single chip computer controller.
