Viewing the dryland farm machines' parts drawings and corresponding information as application object, this dissertation present a research on the management system of parts' drawings based on Web. In the dissertation the Internet/Intranet and database technology was used. The research consists of such items:The research selected ASP technology to develop the system by analyzing the demands of corporations and several technologies of Active Web Pages, such as CGI, PHP, JSP, ASP, et al. Therefore, the economical and rational scheme of Windows 2000+IIS 5.0+SQL Server 2000+ASP was applied to the system.The system was designed by ASP/ADO and had many functions, including adding, deleting, updating, and selecting of drawings and corresponding information. The system also designed a forum to improve the development of dryland farming and mechanization, and the communications of technicians. As an important character of the system, we can browse the drawings(DWF files) on the Web.A method based on E/R(Entity/Relationship) is used to design the database of the system, so the system is easy to use. The system provide a UI by which users can browse drawing as viewing blueprints. Especially, a search engineer was applied to help users search their desired drawings.Based on the above researches, a website that integrated with drawings and correspond information was finished by MS InterDev 6.0. The website is running on the Intranet and it works well.This dissertation provides a new method to manage the parts' drawings, which is applicable to not only dryland machines' parts drawings but also all kinds of machines' parts drawings.
