| It is the impending requirement and the direction in railway system development that the locomotive should be controlled automatically and managed in real time. According to this requirement, the Railway Mobile Digital Communication System based on the GSM System for Mobile Communication is put forward in this paper to accomplish the data transfer between the control center and the locomotive. In this paper, the design of the MS ( the Mobile Station ) and the erected BS ( the Base Station ) out of the GSM cover is carried out . Last we discuss the key techniques of the Railway Mobile Digital Communication System, the handoff and the Error_correct coding. Also the accomplish ways of these techniques are discussed. |
