Tibetan Language Information Processing Is Not Included In The Character Of The Dynamic Realization

With the wildly using of the computers and the developing of the computer engineering, the Tibetan and other languages' computer processing is becoming an important researching aim of the computer's using research.Because of the designing and the nation standard, the computer software has the problem that some characters are not in font files and the software is not according to the nation standard. These problems are the reason of the Tibetans computer processing soft is independent of each other and the limit of using.In this paper, my aim is to design a Tibetans computer's processing system in order to process the Chinese, the English and the Tibetan together. The other aim is to conceive the answer of the process of the characters that is not including in the nations standard font files. I think out a new way of the computer processing of Tibetans after realize the Tibetans' character and the structure of the Windows TrueType Font Files. The new way is to process the Tibetans as the character language. In this way. I think out the processing ways of the character that is not in the nation standard font files.The major contents of this paper as follows:(1) The ABC of the Tibetans and the structure of the Tibetans' character.(2) The standard and the data structure of the Windows TrueType Font Files.(3) The design of the Tibetan processing system and the process of the character that is not in the nation standard font files and the important problem's resolution.(4) The design of the Tibetan character's input.
