Web Service-based Customer Relationship Management Customer Evaluation Of Applied Research

Combined with the design and development of client evaluation subsystem of CRM,this thesis brings forward Web Service Solution to the problem of data distribution and plat heterogeneity,which would be faced when the CRM system is developed. In this thesis,we mainly study the system structure,key technology and implementation method of the client evaluation subsystem of CRM with Web Service. The emphasis of thesis is the meaning of client evaluation and the means of evaluation. At practicality,the system is realized with IBM WebSphere Application Developer and Jbuilder 6.0 on the platform of Windows 2000 Advanced Server + Apache Tomcat4.06 + Apache SOAP.Firstly,the thesis probes into Client Relationship Management by showing its importance to the development of enterprise. Secondly,the thesis researches the way and the process of client evaluation in CRM system. Thirdly,the thesis studies the technology adopted by CRM system,including Web Service,SOAP,XML and EJB. Lastly,the thesis gives an example of applicationin the system platform.
