| With the development of economy and improvement of computer science, information level has become a significant criterion to judge the development stage, modernization level and even investment environment of a city. Underground pipes, as the major infrastructure of a city, naturally become an important ingredient of information establishment. But, the original manual handling management method can not adapt the demand of service growth; it has confined the development step of city. So that it is very urgent to establish an integrated pipe management system for city information construction to serve city planning and auxiliary decision, etc.This paper mainly discusses the integrated underground pipes management system. SEIPipe is an important part of spatial information infrastructure of Dalian city, it is developed for Double D Port project which is its application background and associating the need of administration. SEIPipe is based on some advanced technology, such as Borland Delphi and existing SEIGIS as its development platform and MS SQL Server as its database platform.Firstly, paper explains some related concept and system object, function and meaning, introduces the related critical technology, secondly, paper defines the concept view and logical view of system, further physical view; Then paper puts forward the data model scheme combining the thinking of popular Geocde and against real problems of underground pipe.The emphase of this paper is section four, including the design and implementation of section plan, 3D scene and network analysis. Finally, paper introduces the trend of geographical information system, and summarizes the whole paper. |
