With the development of modern technology and the situation of our country enter WTO, The domestic textile industry are confronted witch austere challenge. Our country's textile machinery fall behind of international level, which brings on the following questions: textile quality not good, high cost and low productivity etc. Some developed country have mastered the technology of keeping constant tension and cloth speed. Although our country had studied on these questions, but them had not been perfectly solved. The dissertation of "The reeling & rolling & dyeing machine .which keeping constant speed, tention, and Field Bus(profibus) control system" is devoted to solve these problems.The following two aspects are achieved in the study.The development of profibus is later in our country, and we are still in the situation of learning and developing. Aiming at the demand of the system, I developed TP-8X digital 17O module.The study on constant tension and reeling speed.Based on lots of prophase observe and experiment on tention's and reeling speed's changes during reeling, bring forward mathematic model which suits the demand for constant tension and reeling.
