In dealing with the problems in the sale of crude oil, measures such as drivers' ID identifying, automatic data reading are used to avoid the potential problems.The system integrates Client/Server into Browser/Server mode in order to transfer the data from databases to the form in the network. The design of network structure suits for the expansion in future.Since the system was put into practice, remarkable economic benefits and social results have been achieved., the selling process has been in perfect order, realizing many functions, such as drivers' ID identifying ,automatic card reading, data accounting and inquiring, etc., eradicating the loss of oil and reaching the expected operation results.
