Their value viewpoints should be such a system: save their country is their highest goal, and strengthens their nation's power is their value ruler. At the same time, they must perform their duty to criticize their government and lead their people as well.For access this goal, Liang Chi-Chao emphasized that journalists must burden their own duty and contribute all of theirs for their motherland and people's benefits. Based on this, journalists should rule their work due to a series of moral rules, such as dedicate them in their business, pursue them for society value, and so on.To access to a better infection, Liang Chi-Chao suggested journalists to work hard on the late two phases: first, journalists should grasp the common knowledge on time, and clear themselves on their nation and people, and the key of the conditions as well. Second, journalists must grasp some technology of communication based on their reader's thoughts and the common rules of communication.Liang Chi-Chao was an elegant journalist. He was the first people in China that pointed out and commented on journalists. His comments were due to the journalism, and effected from the culture that time.
