Web Services Technology And Its Security

Web Services is a integrated scheme of network applications, it is built on existing and emerging standards such as Extensible Markup Language(XML), Simple Object Access Protocol( SOAP), Web Services Description Language ( WSDL) and Universal Description,Discovery and Integration( UDDI). Though these items of main technology can be used for structuring the web services, But they are not all very ripe, a lot of respects need to be supplementary and perfect, Especially the security of Web Services becomes the main obstacle influencing Web Services to be popularized day by day, Some large technology suppliers in the world put forward one's own solutions or the technical specifications for security of Web Services, Among which include mainly: WS-Signature, WS-Encryption, WS-Security,etc.. This article finds out the defect of every main technology from studying Web Services technology, Give one's own suggestions, among which emphasizes on the security of the technology especially , and in the end puts forward one's own solution. So this article is divided into two parts:The first part analyses Web Services technology, puts forwards every aspects of main technology which need to be developed, through an instance this article explains the important problems met during developping real Web Services.The second part mainly talks about the security questions met in implementing Web Services, analyses and compares about present main Web Services security solutions. At the end of the article put forwards the security solution of mine, in which explains the security of main Web Services technology respectively.
