Dsp-based Ip Phone And Design

IP phone is the technology of transmitting the real-time speech signals over Internet or Intranet, especially as IP networks developed continuously and family broadband gained popularity in the access networks, VoIP have been become a hot issue in the recent years. This thesis intruduces a DSP-based solution to LAN/intranet-oriented IP speech terminal (IP phone), including it's theory, technology and process of design.Firstly, we introduce basic informations about carrier IP network and relevant TCP/IP protocols, present theory of speech coding and several standards of speech coding, secondly, we introduce theory,key technology, quality of service(QoS) of IP phone and its core chip, TI's low power-consumption and fixed-point DSP TMS320C5402A. Finally, we place amphasis on introducing hardware and software processing of IP phone design, at the same time, present the hardware circuit diagrams.
