As the manufacturing enterprises' management and technology develop rapidly, as well as the network technology, higher requirements for CAPP have been put forward. CAPP research focuses on Agile Manufacturing and Concurrent Engineering and other fields. CAPP develops towards the trend of network, integration and intelligentization. Under the support of a 863 project, this paper introduces the key technology of the networked integrated process planning system and its framework. Main points of the paper include:1. Through the analysis of current situation, the function and the framework of the knowledge-based networked process planning system are given in details.2. The method of the part information modeling is studied. After referring current part information modeling methods and taking the actual situation of the project into account, a practical part information modeling method is presented.3. Solution for multi-enterprise part process allocation, based on dynamical resource, is presented. Knowledge-based part logical manufacturing process design, as well as the matching method between the logical manufacturing unit and physical manufacturing unit, are given, which provide references for the more complicated process questions.4. Internet-based information integration, between CAPP and other systems in the enterprises, is studied in this paper, as well as the realization of information integration via XML. |
