Data Mining Technology In The Settlement System Of The Mobile Location

The main work of this dissertation discusses a new use of Rough Set in the Mobile Location Counting System (MLCS). It mainly discusses a new method to analyze the malfunction in MLCS using the Called Data Record based on the RS theory. First, the thesis briefly introduces the conception of RS. and then, an improved attributes reduction algorithm is given based on the information quantity of single attribute and the discernibility matrix. It is proved that the presented algorithm is feasible, and its computational complexity is of lower than the others algorithm. Then, the thesis discusses the concrete steps of the studying work, puts forward a diagnosing and analyzing sub-system based on the RS theory, and give an example to analyze it. The example shows that the presented method is simple and rational. Finally, the framework and designing idea are given, and the software project is programmed.
