Modern teaching techniques provide a supporting means needed by teaching module innovation, and that is the way by using multimedia courseware to assist teaching. The courseware designing system is usually complicated to operate and hard to handle.Aiming for this kind of condition, a teaching platform system is designed by use of computer component developing technology and modern Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI). The theory of developing integrable ware platform is proposed, which purpose is improving educating quality and make the teachers easily used, and based on education technology and psychology. This system is not only fit to the demand of teaching, operating easily and have publicity and adaptability but also have as possible as many functions.In the paper the advantages and shortcomings of the existing teaching software are analyzed systematically.The platform is developed and the standard which is applicable to teaching is expounded. In the paper the multimedia teaching platform system is also analyzed and its character , technology difficulties and the realizing result are all proposed. In the paper the platform is designed to develop the coursewares. The platform is easily used and support many kinds of file types. A courseware example developed by the platform in computer teaching have a good teaching quality.
