Hotel Customer Relationship Management System Based On Object-oriented Design

Continuous development of information and communication technology has far-reaching influence on hotel trades. Today, information technology has increasingly wide utilization in all fields such as reception hall, cashier, inquiry , advance booking for guest roonu sales, dining.Increasing complexity, diversity and inter-relevancy are common features of information system nowadays. As the particularity of information in hotel trades, traditional OO developmental method has gradually not adapted to requirements which become more and more complex and variant, its achievements can not reuse well. However, OO modeling technology can effectively control complexity, adapt to variety, and has agility, low risk, reuse, so it can improve efficient of system development. UML is a united modeling language based on OO. Thus, the development method turn from OO to OO based on UML is a development trend of hotel information system.Mainly on the basis of some basic theories and basic method of software engineering such as concept of management information system, history of development chief features, composing structure and application, this paper makes an analysis of system requirement and a system analytic model and design theme for customer-relationship management system of Junshan Hotel according to its particularity by using OO method and UML. Getting the system requirement model by using use case model in UML, and making further system analysis by using class diagram and package diagram in UML. According to analytic results mentioned and choose of system architecture and development platform, this paper produces the structural diagram of system function; And getting functional flowchart of system module by using status diagram and sequence diagram in UML for system design; Last, making a design of database and system interface. This research provides an optimized platform for research of customer-relationship management and data mining.Development thought and technology method of customer-relationship management system mentioned in this paper, and consideration of system development platform, have certain application values to the application of hotel management information system.
