Posc Standards-based Data Mapping Studies, And Data Access Applications

Data-integration, professional integration, department integration, company integration and intelligent decision-making are four phases in which the information development of large-scale petroleum companies will experience commonly, and in which data integration and professional integration play the fundamental roles. As far as omestic oil industries are concerned, information construction lacks of standard of data collection and unified form of professional data in the field of geophysical exploration and the data management is outdated. Therefore, the achievement of data integration and software integration is the primary goal of domestic oil industries. During the development process, shared data model and operation of data model is the problem needed to be solved urgently.This paper introduces the POSC and the origin of its Specifications as well as the development situation of the research and applications based on the POSC standard. According to the analysis of foreign and domestic present situation in related fields, we demonstrate the reason why POSC Specifications turns to be the calculation standard of petroleum industry. The composition of POSC standard and data system structure are analyzed in general, also a basic calculation environment of POSC standard is set up by using Oracle as DBMS and VC++6.0 as development tool.Moreover, the central data model of Epicentre in the POSC Specifications are classified and illustrated, on the basis of which the paper studies data mapping techniques of the model and provides the language description of Express and the examples of how to realize loading data in the light of the data types of seismic models in Epicentre. Meanwhile, this paper explains the fundamental principles and methods of the data access and exchange techniques, presents the related steps of realizing way with examples analysis and proposes some personal understanding and thinking of data access techniques based on Oracle database. By the application studies of data system of POSC standard, I have got more knowledge of POSC Specifications, recognize that data mapping techniques is the basis of data access and exchange, and further learn that Epicentre central data model plays an important role in the data system of POSC Specifications.
