| For settling the problem of the army equipments' maintaining, improving the equipments'capability, controlling and directing the equipments from long distance through the network, we must alternate their servo systems.In the first stage, we changed the Vacuum Tube Amplifier with Analog 1C, that is the core of servo system .For retaining the function and outside junction, useing Engineer Frequency Method alternate the system's inner two closed loop (velocity loop and acceleration loop). In the Amplifier's forward channel, using different strategy redesign each blocks. Velocity loop use Parallel Proportion And Differential Feedback, and acceleration loop use Proportion Feedback. Each proportion can be adjusted. In locale debugging, we settle the problems of the compatibility between new and old. And by adjusting proportion, differential time constant and each block's magnify multiple, system achieve the request. All experiments, security and servicing analysis, troops' testify prove that the new Amplifier attains and exceed all the guidelines. And experts will check the item soon.In the second stage, we will alternate the servo with modularization numeric 1C, but retain the main configuration. The system has network. After alteration, the system will be more stable, more veracious, swifter and more reliable. |
