Reduction Flue Gas Purification Control System Design And Application

In the process of aluminum electrolysis production, there is large harmful fume will be produced. This fume will destory human health and ecological environment badly. Because of being driven by the economic benefits, the research of expanding the production and reducing the cost is much more than the research of the environmental protection, so it needs a lot of work to study the environmental protection problem. Aiming at the process of aluminum electrolysis production, this paper develops a control system of the fume decontamination to resolve the problem of environmental pollution, which is brought by the aluminum electrolysis creation. At the same time, this paper resolves the recovery problem of the fluoride salt and the new oxidize the aluminum.Regarding a large aluminum smelting enterprise of our country which is builded in the last 80th century, as the study background, this paper puts forward to a control system structure, which is constructed by the S7 series PLC network that is managemented and surveiled by the honor machine. And this structure is constructed by four subnets and three buses, so it can control the fourteen fume purifing subsystems. Aiming at the problem of the bag room pulse control and press examination system and the fans control system, the main control room system, the castting quantity of freeh and carrying the fluoride oxidize aluminum control system, this paper develops four control subsystems respectively. And it also introduces the design of other ten subsystems simply. This system has been run in the actual production, and it can attain to the design target, transfer the system information expeditely, and has good coordination and excellent function.The aluminum electrolysis fume decontamination control system that is brought forward by this paper solves fume decontamination problem of the aluminum smelting enterprise, which is brought by the electrolysis series extending. It makes the efficiency of the electrolysis aluminum fume decontamination to the level of 98%.
