DSS is the new phase of the development of the MIS. It supplies the decision-makers with necessary information so as to help them make important decision and improve the decision's accuracy. The application foreground is very broad.CXICDSS is designed for CXIC Group, it includes sale-analysis, finance-analysis, purchase-analysis, production-analysis and so on, and it also proposes strength support of technique for leaders making decisions .Firstly, it introduces the development, the application and the basal theory of decision support system. Secondly, data warehouse, and the system structure of DSS which based on data warehouse are studied. Lastly, according to the requirements of information of CXIC Group, the architecture and the function models of CXICDSS are proposed, and the detailed design and development and use of system are accomplished, and the fuzzy judgement method is used to design the performance evaluation model of enterprise and performance evaluation model of suppliers.
