Resource scheduling of project network is one of the focus and nodus in the research of project management technology. As far as project management of aeronautic product is concerned, it becomes more complex and difficult. To meet the special requirements of aeronautic product project, this dissertation invites genetic algorithms and grey system theory to solve resource scheduling problem. The emphasis of this dissertation is to choose proper genetic algorithms and to improve method of grey incidence analysis. On the basis of those improvements, a set of methods is developed to solve resource scheduling of project network. The main work of the dissertation is as follows:1. As to the characteristic of aeronautic product project which is generally big and complex, niche genetic algorithms are introduced to solve resource optimization problem. Meanwhile, an optimization module, which is suitable to aeronautic product project, is developed by inviting niche genetic algorithms.2. Grey incidence analysis is employed to solve the problem of multi-resource levelling which is relatively complex. By improving traditional grey incidence analysis, a new mechanism is developed which is shown to perform better in solving the problem of multi-resource levelling.3. This dissertation examines methods on resource and cost management of project management. Meanwhile, it provides methods to check resource collision and to control cost during the scheduling and operation of project.4. A subsystem of resource and cost management of the software system of project management about aeronautic product is established and is proved by a test of aircraft wing assembly project. An applicable solution is proposed to manage resource and cost by using the technology of Internet/Intranet, JAVA, ASP.NET and so on.
