Capp System Based On J2ee Technology And Application Mode

Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) confirms the manufacturing process, necessary manufacturing resource and time etc. of products, it is the bridge between Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), and it plays a very important role on product quality, manufacturing cost and fast response ability in market of enterprise.Under the distributed, networked and dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting the fast innovative development process of new products and satisfying the diversification demand of products are the key problems that contemporary CAPP technique faces. Acting as hinge of the process of manufacturing information, CAPP can accommodate requirement of contemporary manufacturing developing, unless according to model of distribute to plan and manager process. Based on these problems, this paper discussed the technology of CAPP based Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and the problem of it's application mode.Based the multi-tier, distributed construct of J2EE, this paper discusses technology of CAPP under the distributed, networked and dynamic enterprise application environment. It has important theoretical value and practical significance for shortening the product development cycle, reducing cost of products and raising products quality of manufacturing enterprise. The key issues studied and conclusions deduced in the paper are as follow:1. By the analysis of the process of manufacturing information and the trend of CAPP development, the paper pointed out that CAPP system has to be developed as contemporary CAPP system with the characteristics of networked and distributed.2. By the analysis of the working process of CAPP under the environmentof networked and distributed. Based the multi-tier, distributed construct of J2EE, this paper puted forward the structure and function model of CAPP system based J2EE.3. According to criterion of J2EE and requirement of practical work of process planning, this paper accomplished the designing work of CAPP system based J2EE.4. This paper discussed the basic implementing method of CAPP system based J2EE. Such as, the technology of system's integration and exchange based XML (extensible Markup Language), the technology of system's establish and integration based module, the technology of working procedure draw browsing based Web and technology of system security.5. By the analysis of the service flow of ASP (Application Service Provider) mode, this paper discusses the application mode based the J2EE under the service of ASP.
