Distributed Control Fly Ash Ash Measure And Control System Design

This paper is based on an actual project. The designing ideas have been expounded to constitute a monitor-control system structured two-layer distributed control system. An industrial computer, a programmable terminal and a programmable logical controller are all used as the core of the system.At first, the whole scheme is provided according to the function demand of the measure and control system. Then, the system hardware is reasonablly configured based on it. The whole scheme embodies the redundancy principle, which promotes the reliability of the whole system greatly. It has been proved that the system can meet the needs in the practical production.In the software designing, the method of sequence-control design is applied to PLC control programme. Besides, the steps of performing PLC programme are given in detail. Then, the computing programme in PLC software is analyzed, including how to get the correct result in any unexpected conditions. The problem of communication among the industrial computer, PLC, and LED display screen, has been successfully resolved. Furthermore, the particular way is given to construct a good man-machine interactive interface in tne industrial computer, through which the monitor-control function of the system has been achieved. The configurating steps in the programmable terminal are presented in detail.
