| With the rapid development of mobile telecommunication business, short message service is becoming more and more popular to mobile phone users due to its low cost, rapid and simple operation and frequent design update. For the recent years, the number of short message service customers increased rapidly, and there has been a pressing need for the new design of the service with multi-functions to meet the customers' tastes. Hence, designing a flexible and universal Professional Computation System for Short Message Service Charges (PCSSMSC) is imperative.Telecommunication operation support system is the essential platform for the whole operation of the telecommunication business, while PCSSMSC is one of the core modules of the operation support system. In this dissertation, Business Operation Support System (BOSS) is first introduced. Next, the literature about the current status of PCSSMSC is reviewed. Subsequently, with the analysis on the overall demand trend of PCSSMSC, the layout for the whole system is made. The PCSSMSC is divided into nine important modules which are designed respectively. The pre-process module and basic charge module are design in detail, and other modules are provided with design concepts and methods. Finally, drawing upon the above literature review and system design, the author concludes the research, with the limitations of the current report being pointed out and the suggestions for the future research being provided.During the design, the inserter structure is adopted to ensure the flexibility and universality of the software, and the parameter-drive method is applied to enhance the expansibility of the system. Currently, all these design concepts and methods are popularly used for the design of PCSSMSC. They are of certain reference value. |
