This article is based on the development of broad-band network technology. It discusses the network technology from 3 layers of broad-band IP city network. The second chapter introduce the network technology from 3 layers of broad-band IP city network. At the beginning of the third chapter, it introduce the actuality of JIAOZUO network. Then discusses the network technology from 3 layers of broad-band IP city network. At the end of chapter 4, it put forward the plan for JIAOZUO broad-band IP city network based on the service forecast and gain the principles in choosing the network technology for broad-band IP city network.The basic idea of this thesis is to make clear that how to build broad-band IP city network for China telecom and China Netcom.
