Personalized Information Service System Assessment And Implementation

Firstly, this dissertation presents situation of information resources management and the characteristics of user' s information demand under the network environment. Pay attention to the contradiction between them and point out that to provide personalized information service is the best way to solve the contradiction. Based on it, the author introduces the specialty information service briefly. However the personalized information service that the information service department provides take the system of the personalized information service as support. The article introduces a few typical platforms and systems of personalized information service respectively. The author elaborates the theories and technique foundations that setting up a personalized information service system should have. This study put forward some parameter to evaluate personalized information service according to the merits and shortcomings of systems. It builds the ideal constructive graph of personalized information service system through the toolbox model of system. On the basis of it, the author expounds a general process that realizes the personalized information service.
