Based On Mapinfo Town Land Grading And Valuation Information System Design And Realization

With the development of social economy, land as a important product resource has been put into the rail of market economy. In order to make the market more reason and take the land' s profit into national treasury, the department of land resource has enacted a series of polices and rules. We had developed this set of software: "urban land classification and evaluation information system" according to the rules of urban land classification and rules of urban land evaluation which enacted by government' s land department. The software includes two segments, one is land classification, the other is land evaluation. The data of calculation material can be input as a whole or one by one. Through calculating, we can get the result of land classification. Based on it we can get the concrete land' s price according to standard land price and landmass' s revise efficient or use the methods of market comparison.Geographic Information System has been used in lots of fields since 1960s. It can embedded graphic and location into Management Information System efficiently, making our normal works more humanize. The system adopt MapInfo as the fundamental platform, it is familiar to all of us, using Delphi6 to do the second development, back database managed by oracle8i. The structure of system adoptclient/service, divided into three layers: client application middle logic back database.The system uses the data of YONGREN city to practice it' s land classification and evaluation, having certain meaning to use in other cities.
