Research And Design Of Microwave Active Filters

Filter is widely used in communication, signal processing and RADAR system. Following the development of engineering and technique, miniaturization, integration is main stream of engineering application. The tradition of passive microwave filter can not fit for the using in this aspect, however, the active microwave filter has too much of superiority. So the research, design and realization of active microwave filter are much of theoretic and realistic meaning by EDA technique.The development and present status is introduced in the first. Second, the foundation theory of active microwave filter-the theory of microstrip transmission line, microwave network and amplifier is well presentation. Furthermore, the theory of active microwave filter is well introduced and the research of band pass filter circuit be carried here. A wide band active microwave filter was designed and simulated using ADS. The result is reasonable and easy to be realized. In the foundation of above work, a practical circuit was designed and measured.
