Stoker is system of multi- variable which is difficulty to establish accurate mathematical model , so that usual PID is not ideal result .With the development of artificial intelligence, it is topical to exploit utilitarian intelligent control project in stoker. Distributed system which can provide environment of software and hardware in realizing intelligent control project is mainstream system.This thesis designs 20t/h stoker's Distributed system of polyurethane filament conglomerate in Lian yun gang .On basis on the combustion character of stoker and knowing about JX-300X's capability ,I accomplish software and hardware configuration , analyze structure of combustion expert control system and calculate data of regulation table.
