Smart Card Applications And Research In The Hospital Information Management System

In this thesis, combining the developing process of small and medium-sized hospital's hospital information system (HIS), the author described how to develop the HIS better functions according to the hospital's actual demands by integrating the smart card application techniques.Firstly, the actuality and intending trend of smart cards and HIS are presented. Then, the inevitability and requirement of smart cards application techniques used by HIS are illuminated. The significance and intention of the thesis' subject research are also displayed. Secondly, according to hospital's currently structure and business flow, the system requirement analysis, database design and system function modules division are detailed. Moreover, the plan of the all-purpose smart card system is put forward with Mifare 1 smart card. Finally, the system actualization process and relative key techniques are stated, including user interface, Designing the hardware of the card-identification circuit and researching the smart card's safety. There-into, the emphasis content is how to use C++ Builder designing the HIS based on smart card.
