Broadband Optical Wireless Network Communication Technology Is A Preliminary Study

Based on the indoor wireless infrared technology and the outdoor wireless infrared technology, the wireless optical communication network technologies not only can offer the same services as the wire network technologies (including optical fibre network technologies) can do, but hold the unique advantages, especially stand by broadband mobile communication, therefore have the irreplaceable application.It is necessary to study the wireless optical communication network architecture and the operating characteristics from physical layer to link layer, till network layer, then the important factors in gaining high integrated network communication efficiency and guaranteeing high Quality of Service (QoS) will be understood. This paper gives the novel research productions in the wireless optical communication network technologies, for example the wireless resources allocating algorithm and corresponding result from simulation. Those are the foundation of building wireless optical network, and are the necessity of taking full advantage of wireless optical communication as well. The important is that the instructions for developing the wireless optics including hardware and software further will be received at the same time.Furthermore, low-cost and elastic granularity of the wireless optical communication network make it's reasonable to solve the last mile problem. It is a huge and difficult task to design and build a network management system, a good management system is the necessary condition of utilizing the network bandwidth well. Now that broadband mobile communication can be implemented in the wireless optical communication network, it will become the main supporter of the intelligent network management system. Then user can operate simply to do complicated work, sure enough, the processing is fast. This paper analyzes the problems of further developing wireless optics too.
