FCC thrown open the public frequency on 1999, and subsequently Europe Telecom Association and Chinese Wireless Management Committee released respective public frequency. With the development of technology and stimulation of market, designing a competitive solution to this is a crucial question. The mission of this project is to design a low-cost wireless transceiver be used voice communication base on the general chip, and finally complete the automatic test for this.Firstly the thesis expatiates the structure and means base on the current theory. For instance, PLL frequency jump synthesizer for carrier wave; LC voltage control oscillator for frequency modulation; GPIB instrument and VISA plus language program tool for automatic test. Secondly the paper analyses the computer simulation for the frequency modulation and phase loop lock frequency synthesizer, and emphasizes the research on the performance of PLL synthesizer and design of loop filter. Finally it describes the system solution of the project.Base on above analysis, the thesis expatiates the practical design from both circuit and test. Circuit mainly include PLL synthesizer, tune magnify circuit, oscillator circuit and demodulation circuit. The paper also analyses Electro Magnetic Compatibility on circuit design. On the automatic test side, the thesis introduces the flat and establishment of automatic test system. Finally the result of automatic test verified the rationality of circuit.
