Stabilization and automatic pointing and tracking platform (PTP) is an important field among the applications of the inertial technology. And because of its broad application foreground, antenna stabilization has become a hotspot of stabilization and automatic PTP. The core of stabilization platform is the attitude measurement and control of the carrier.The traditional stabilization platform bases on secondary planet television incepting system fixed on car, uses mechatronics or photoelectronical inertial sensor component.Secondary planet television incepting system fixed on car adopts azimuth- pitching mould to realize the stabilization of antenna,By using mechatronics to form closed loop control mould.The two single-axis mechatronics are connected with the azimuth and pitching separately.in order to acquit the attitude change of carrier in inertial space because of the attitude change of carrier, then make the point of antenna unchangeable by using stated control mould.The error is compensated through coning scanning control arithmetic,thus the closed-loop control system is formed , substantially,the feedback of the system is the intension of singal. This system has been developed many experiments, the result has been proved to be better and better.This paper firstly introduces the origin of the project, research significance, related technical status and main research contents, and introduces in details the stabilization principle of atenna. Nextly the paper introduces the collective blue print and struture of the system, discusses the model identification of atenna velocity servo system and micro-mechatronics gyro, analyze the static- dynamic identity of azimuth- pitching electromotor, simulate the mechatronics closed-loop control system, then introduce in details the coning scanning control algorithms and the unition with the zero, track in fact, Finally, gives the experiments' result report of the system, proves it's feasibility, and comes out the content that needing mending.
