Portable Data Acquisition And Analysis System And Design

The condition monitoring of Rotating machinery can reduce the cost of devices maintenance, keep the security of manufacture and increase the use of devices. The portable data collector and signal analyzer is an important part of the condition monitoring of Rotating machinery and is used in the field of measuring. The thesis narrates the development trend of the portable data collector and signal analyzer. According to the new requirement of the modern condition monitoring of Rotating machinery, it brings forward a new portable data collector and signal analyzer based on embedded system.The system chooses a ARM-based software and hardware platform and designs using design method of embedded system. The system includes data acquirement, real-time analyse, device-examination, accessorial fault-diagnosis, data analyse again, serial communication, system parameter setting and data management. It can use several kinds of sensor. It also can measure temperature.This thesis presents holistic design of the system, hardware design and software design. The design of hardware integrates several digital circuits into CPLD with Verilog-HDL based on the development of EDA and IC technology, and it increase the programming agility, reduces the system cost and power dissipation, and enhance the system reliability and security. The design of software is procedure-oriented, and the module programming can shorten the developing time and make it easy to be rebuilt is adopted. This thesis discusses the theory of expert system and the method of rotating machinery fault diagnosis. It also discusses the method of testing, and the system design achieves prospective requirement by designing and testing system.
